 
Colfax Manor Condominiums is located in the
Borough of Roselle Park
directly across the street from the Roselle Park High School Athletic Field and Green Acres Complex
on West Colfax Avenue. West Roselle Avenue is a one-way street accessible from West Colfax Avenue,
which runs through the complex. The complex is known for its park-like setting and is only
one-half mile from Garden State Parkway Exit 137 and less than a quarter mile from Exit 138.
The complex has 192 units located in 12 two-story buildings. The buildings were built in 1948
to ease the housing burden that existed after World War II. Each building has a brick veneer over
a wood frame structure. The property is approximately twelve acres. There are 76 one-bedroom units and 116
two bedroom units. The units are serviced by Elizabethtown Gas, PSE&G, Comcast and Verizon.

Chestnut and Locust Streets. Roselle Park is located on the Historic Raritan Valley Line with service to

Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth and Overlook Hospital in Summit are the closest facilities providing hospital
services to Roselle Park residents. Roselle Park has a Police Department located at 110 E. Westfield Avenue and a
Volunteer Fire and First Aid Squad.
