COMMON ELEMENTS
 
The Common Elements as defined in the Master Deed consist of parts of the property other than the units,
including the following: the land, foundations, structural supports, walls, roofs, basements, halls, entrances,
exits and other means of general access, yards, gardens, walkways, alleyways and garages.
The Common Elements may be used with the purpose for which they are intended without hindering or
encroaching upon the lawful rights of the occupants.
